RESPONSIBILITY

As your Identity Coach and spiritual advisor, I will do everything possible to support you in achieving your desired outcome.

You are responsible for the cause of all change in your life.

I will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options, and advise based on my personal experience, training, and informations appropriate.

You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action.

You as a client agree and acknowledge that I am not a licensed Mental Health Counselor, or therapist, but a certified life coach, and certified mental health advocate.

CONFIDENTIALITY
As your coach, I will not divulge that you are in a coaching relationship without your consent. You, of course are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at anytime. As your coach, I am not allowed to share with anyone what we discuss in our sessions. You, Of course are free to share with others what we discuss in your sessions.

SCHEDULING
All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your coach. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled coaching session. You are fully responsible to inform your coach at-least 24 hrs in advance.

TASKING
Task and homework are assigned to assist in accelerating your change and achievement of your desired results.

FREE EMAIL ACCESS
Your coach is available during the week via email to share wins, seek clarity on actions, or review minor issues. There is no charge for brief “Check in or catch up” emails.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so 24 hrs in advance. If you cancel a scheduled appointment the same day as your scheduled appointment. You will be charged a 30.00 fee. If there is a NO-SHOW, meaning you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment. There is no refund available.

TERMS&CONDITIONS
When your appointment starts. You have a 10 min grace period. 10 mins after your appointment starts, you will be charged 10.00. You will be charged 1.00 per minute. After 15 mins, is considered a NO SHOW.

TERMS OF COACHING
Coaching sessions are created and sold as packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing coaching for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting. You are not eligible for a refund.

SUSPENDING SESSIONS
It is not possible after your sessions is in progress. It is possible to transfer someone else to receive the coaching sessions you didn't complete that you paid for.

COACHING CALLS
FREE Support Coaching video calls are available, if scheduled.


PROGRAM CHANGES
The coach reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with clients via video call or email.

MUTUAL AGREEMENT CANCELLATION
If anytime the client or coach believes the coaching sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the client. The coach may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to canceling sessions.

AGREEMENT SECTION
By entering into a coaching agreement, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
