Welcome to the site, I’m so glad you are here.

I’m Coach J. I’m an Identity Coach, Certified Mental Health Advocate, and speaker that focuses on women empowerment.

I am on a mission to help provide generational healing, helping women heal in order to become secure in their identity. . I founded Bessiake Coaching in 2020 right when the pandemic hit. The reason why I started Bessiake Coaching is because I didn’t want to see women hurting and struggling with their identity like I once did. This Buisness was birthed through my own pain, struggling with low self-esteem, insecurity, and emotional wounding. Doing my own work through a combination of mental health tools and biblical principles. I began living and showing up authentically, as the secured woman i’ve always envisioned myself to be. Now I’m helping other women become the secured woman she envisions her self to be.

In 2025 I am in the midst of rebranding and risk taking. The vision is expanding! I’m excited to venture into creating community and spaces for women to create sisterhood, by doing life with other healing and secure women. Be on the look out for our women’s support Group Healing With Community.

Outside of Coaching. I love spending quality time with my Husband, Marc Bessiake, family, and friends. What brings me life and peace is sitting by water, reading a nice book, and my spa days.
